Rise above it all. Byényo, meaning “glacier” in the Evolène dialect, is the highest room in the hotel. Here, generous volumes, limestone surfaces, and deep silence evoke the landscapes of the high Alps. In the bathroom, white Thassos marble reveals an almost translucent quality, carved like a block of ice. From the balcony, the view extends towards the Dents de Veisivi and the surrounding mountain peaks.
