At Le Rucher, we are always at your service to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will find us on site from 7:00 to 23:00 and on call around the clock. Please dial xxx with any questions you may have.

Arrival / Departure

Rooms are available from 15:00 on check-in day.
Check-out is at 11:00.
Late check-out at 15:00 may be requested for an additional payment of CHF 200.00, subject to availability.

Babysitting

Depending on availability, we can arrange a babysitter for you so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Alps undisturbed.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome at Le Rucher.
Little ones under the age of 3 stay for free if you do not need a cot. If you do, please contact reception and we can arrange one for you.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Postcard and Maestro.

Emergency exit

Emergency exits are indicated on each floor and on a security plan in your room.

First aid

In case of an emergency, contact the reception desk or call:

For minor injuries like cuts and bruises, a first aid kit is available at reception.

Internet

All rooms include free wireless Internet connection. Details are available in your chalet or room, or at reception.

Ironing services

If you need shirts, trousers, or dresses ironed, contact reception and we will take care of it.

Laundry

Please place your dirty laundry in the provided laundry bag before 9:00. It will be returned clean the same evening, except on weekends and holidays.

Luggage deposit

We can store your luggage at reception if your room is not ready yet or if you want to take one last hike after check-out.

Hotel bar

Please enjoy the lobby bar. Items are free of charge.

Newspapers

Newspapers are available free to read in the hotel lobby.

Parking

Public parking is available in the village for CHF 8.00 per day.

Payment

Please settle your bill with reception before check-out at 11:00.

Personal care products

If you forgot something, we provide personal care products such as toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps upon request at reception.

Pillows / Blankets

A pillow menu is available in your room with softer and harder options. Please inform housekeeping or reception if you would like a change.

Restaurants – Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 on the ground floor of the hotel.
Room service is not available.

Safe

A safe is available in your room. We are not responsible for valuables that are not locked inside.

Sewing work

If a button comes off or a hem loosens, we can provide light, quick mending upon request and availability.

Spa

The sauna and whirlpool are open on request from 8:00 to 22:00. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare them.

Wake-up calls

To arrange a wake-up call, please inform reception the evening before.

In case of fire

• Keep calm
• Close the windows
• Check the emergency exit map behind your room door
• Close the door when leaving your room
• Fire extinguishers are located on each floor
• Do not use the elevators
• Leave the building by the emergency exits
• Follow staff instructions
