Cancellation Policy

During the standard season

• If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival, you will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total stay.

During high-demand periods (e.g., New Year’s Eve, February)

• If you cancel up to 21 days before your arrival, you will not be charged.
• Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

• These rates are set at a reduced price and are fully non-refundable.
• After booking, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
• In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged immediately.
• Payment may be taken at the time of booking.
